Today you can see internationally rare plants and 100 acres of manicured, rolling Cornish gardens, with plants collected from all over the world. Enormous Magnolias signal the start of Britain’s spring every year with bright pink blooms. Our record-breaking Rhododendrons are the biggest in the world from a single steam with 50 foot crescendos of full flower. Get lost in the world’s largest Camellia maze which  bursts with pink flowers in spring.


Visitors to Tregothnan can learn about the story from bush to cup in the immersive tea masterclass experience and explore Tregothnan’s pioneering tea plantations.

Bird watchers can face around the River Fal Estuary a.o. herons, swans, moorhens, warblers, starlings, pipits, buntings, egrets, ospreys, woodpeckers, Spoonbills and wrynecks.
