The Schulenburg Estates - Lower Saxony - Germany

to do

During an open hunt between November and January you and your companions or guests can join a one- or two-day shoot with two drives followed by horn blowing to finish the shoot and honour the game. In May and at the end of July/beginning of August weekend events for shooting roebucks are organised. In September and October you can stalk deer during the rutting season. Individual hunts are possible throughout the year as well.

The traditional farm buildings of Manor Bisdorf, where sheep and horses were once kept, are nowadays used for concerts, celebrations and other events: music performances under the attic’s open roof beams, romantic weddings surrounded by nature and so on.

Once a year modern art meets classical music in the former sheep stables in Bisdorf, when Guenther Graf von der Schulenburg stages his internationally acclaimed cultural event “Musik trifft Kunst” as part of the “Soli Deo Gloria – Braunschweig Festival”.

The farm buildings of the forestry commission in Kaiserwinkel are also used as cosy and rustic event locations for example for hunting parties and can also be hired for celebrations.
