At the border of the estate lies B&B De Neust, an historical farmhouse (1329). De Neust has six rooms, each with two comfortable beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One room has a bathroom adapted specially for the needs of disabled guests. Hostess Lotje van Verschuer welcomes you in the cosy open kitchen of the farmhouse. Here she serves her guests breakfast with freshly baked bread, jams, curds and eggs from her own kitchen.

Cottage Buitenleven

Cottage Buitenleven dates from 1500 and used to be the home of the estate's gamekeeper. That is why the cottage is situated at the centre of the estate; the gamekeeper could keep an eye on the animals and the behaviour of visitors. The garden of the cottage bounds the wide acres of Mariënwaerdt.

 

Cottage Buitenleven has room for eight guests. It has white plastered walls, a cane roof, oak floors, a rustic kitchen and a retro decoration theme. The cottage is for rent per week, weekend or midweek.

Cottage Abtsbouwing

In a monumental farmhouse (14th century) at the oldest part of the estate lies cottage Abtsbouwing (translated: building of the abbé). This large cottage hosts eight people, has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which with double walk in shower), a cosy living room with a wood stove and a modern kitchen. The farmhouse has a big garden, close to the woods. The cottage is for rent per week, midweek or weekend.
