Brasserie Marie is located in an historical flood barn. This barn used to be a safe place for livestock when the estate was flooded. The meals at Brasserie Marie are prepared with pure ingredients sourced the estate itself and it's immediate surroundings, where possible organic. Brasserie Marie has its own vegetable and herb garden.
Pannenkoekenhuis de Stapelbakker
In Pannenkoekenhuis de Stapelbakker guests can eat classic pancakes or pancakes with a surprising twist, made of organic ingredients. On the menu one can also find sandwiches, soup, salads and satay. It is possible to organize a high tea, a brunch or a lunch for groups. De Stapelbakker accomodates 200 guests in the farmhouse and 30 in the serre. The two large terraces have room for 250 guests. There is a big playground and an inflatable amusement for kids.
