A visit to one of the restaurants is a gastronomic experience for all the senses, with a personal reception and harmonious atmosphere that follows the cycles at Eriksberg. The game from the estate is naturally central to the menus. 
Eriksberg is a complete experience, where the food and drinks are unique and their own raw materials are the basis for everything that they serve.


Visenten Restaurant is located in Möjligheternas Hus on the estate. The renowned White Guide named the restaurant as the best in Blekinge. When the enclosure is open in the summer, à la carte is served. Other times they serve today's lunch monday-friday (with reservation for changes) and for big groups, they compose menus according to special requests.


Havsörnen Restaurant is located in the classic, understated elegance of the manor. Here, the head chef, offers fivecourse Best of menus based on the best seasonal raw produce.
They also serve Afternoon tea some Saturdays. Havsörnen seats 36 guests.


It is also possible to have a classic afternoon tea in the manor house. Several beverage tastings (wine, whisky and beer) are organised by the chef and/or sommelier. The wine cellar is enourmous and is, with its 9,000 bottles, one of the best wine cellars of Northern Europe.
